Part-Time Company Secretary
Salary £3,120.00 per annum
Based in Brighton the Company Secretary is responsible for assisting the Board administratively and legally, particularly, with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and for ensuring that decisions of the Board of Directors are implemented accordingly to the law.
You will be required to work 3 hours per week as well as attending quarterly Board and Sub-Committee meetings.
Annual leave entitlement – 4 weeks plus bank and public holidays
