This is how this works:
Community Get Togethers
Every project runs regular meetings for clients who live there, these are opportunities to voice your opinion and discuss it with the team
Complaints / Feedback Forms / Suggestion Box Comments
We want to hear about how you feel, even when things don’t go to plan. This way we can continue to develop and improve.
Speak to your Client Representative
Your Client Representative is there to make sure your voice is heard across the organisation. So speak to them if you would like to tell us what you think – they can then bring it to the Client Services Advisory Group.
Speak to the team at your project
Your project team wants everything to run smoothly and they welcome your feedback and any suggestions of improvement.
Sometimes there are specific parts of the organisation that we’d like to improve and hear your perspective about. We run small focus groups to make sure that particular elements of your home and support work at their best.
Client Satisfaction Survey
Every two years we ask you your opinion about your experience of Brighton YMCA – from accommodation, choice, support, safeguarding, diversity and inclusion, to community. Keep an eye out for those!
Whenever someone leaves our service, we want to hear what their experience has been, so we ask everyone to let us know via an Exit Questionnaire.
